Custom Orders

We love designing custom cups for our customers! As you place your order, there are a few important items to note:

Please allow two weeks turnaround time for your custom order to arrive once the design is approved in writing.
We require a $25 Design Deposit on all custom cups that will be applied to your order.

Important Notes: Please allow two weeks for your order to arrive. Prices above do not include packaging. They will be delivered in bulk. Custom orders must be pre-paid. All sales are final and not eligible for return. One proof will be provided per order. Email approval is required before we go to print. Prices do not include tax. Tax will be billed at 8.25% in the state of Texas. Online swatches of colors are NOT exact matches and the actual imprint color may vary from what you see here.
