Customer Service

We want every order from Make Your Mark to make your special occasion or everyday experience memorable! We work hard to quickly answer questions, respond to Facebook and Instagram messages, create custom orders, and fulfill orders accurately.

As a small business, all of our sales are final. 

Should your cups arrive damaged or with the wrong design, please email us at makeyourmarktexas@gmail.com within three days of receipt. We'll work with you to make it right and keep you as a huge fan and loyal Make Your Mark customer. 

Local Pick Up

Local pick up is available to save the shipping fees. Please select "West Plano Pickup" or "East Dallas Pickup" while checking out to remove shipping, and we will follow up with you to provide the exact address. All orders must be picked up within two days of their fulfillment. 

Custom Orders

We love working with our clients for their custom orders! We can do any of the types of cups you see on our website (styrofoam, frosted plastic) and we can also do stadium cups, plates, and napkins! Pricing is dependent on the size of the order, and we need at least 10 business days from the creative approval to get your items in your hands. Please visit our Custom Orders page to get started! 

Discount Codes

Discount codes must be applied at purchase and can only be used while valid (no extensions). They cannot be added or applied after the order has been placed. All discount codes are final sales and cannot be applied to custom orders, unless otherwise noted. 

Altering or Canceling An Order 

Once an order is placed it cannot be altered or canceled. Please email info@makeyourmarkboutique.com if you entered the incorrect address, and we will do our best to modify it if the item has not already shipped.

We work with many organizations to help raise funds for their special causes! From non-profits and sports teams, to preschools and after school activities, we have an easy and unique program with a proven track record of success!
